Car Icon is lit and pump status is Reserved (press pump # and View button 3 times to see pump status).                                                            Press pump [#] [Prepay] [Stop] The Ruby should now ask if you want to “Clear Reserve State and Place in Idle?” press [Yes].You can now cash out sale normally.

Can not cash out a Fuel Sale, usually happens with a 0.00 transaction.                                         Ring up an item or department sale then ring up the stuck Fuel Sale with it, now cash out the entire transaction.
